Vice Dean, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Beijing Normal University Law School, with a S.J.D. degree from University of Frankfurt, Germany. He also serves as the Director of the Rule of Law Development Research Center of Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai, Deputy Director of the Beijing Education Rule of Law Research Base (Beijing Normal University), Director of the China Civil Law Research Association, Director of the Macao Basic Law Research Association of the China Law Society, Vice President of the Beijing Entrepreneurship Investment Law Research Association, and Executive Director of the Beijing Cultural and Entertainment Law Society. He was selected for the 2016 Beijing Excellent Talent Training Funding Project. He has won various awards such as the 2011 National Outstanding Self-funded International Student Scholarship and the Second Prize of the Beijing Teaching Achievement Award. He has published more than 20 papers in authoritative journals such as China Legal Science, and under the pen name of Dr. LV Dou, co-authored Justice Island Legal Education Picture Book for Children, Mat People on Justice Island, Learning Constitution from Childhood, and A Different Comic on Civil Code: Dian Ge Talks About Typical Cases with colleagues Professor HE Dan and Associate Professor ZHANG Jiangli.
